Zoom....pro's and con's

To zoom or not to zoom that is the question?

On the up side you still have contact with your yogi community as well as furthering your practice.

On the down side finding the space and quiet time needed is a challenge and of course why not just use you tube?! (Because being together is always better!!)

Top Tips

Set up the room before hand - For a power class - make sure you have space to move, a towel and water so you don't need to run out of the room.

For restorative or yin - make sure you have pillows and blankets to act as props and the ability to darken the room, and if you can some soft lighting or a candle (safely) and if you have them some aroma therapy oils to create the lovely calming atmosphere you have in the studio.

And of course for any class try to minimise distractions... turn off your phone, make sure others in the house know not to disturb you (unless they are going to join in), and don't think because you are at home you can just nip out of the room to switch the oven on or answer the door.

Most important of all - this is still your time for you, so make the most of it.

Namaste x
