Yoga or Reiki designed around you in a one to one session at our lovely studio in Wilmslow. Exam stress? Work troubles? Feeling achey or just want to connect more with you? Just choose a time and we can communicate to tailor your practice to exactly what you need. Yin and restorative classes tend to be a little longer! Available classes: Reiki - Immerse yourself in deep relaxation while Universal Energy is channelled. Using hands, Reiki practitioners use this energy to help balance clients' energy. The nature of Reiki is holistic, meaning that it addresses the body, mind and spirit. While Reiki is considered spiritual, it is not a religion. There is nothing specific you need to believe in, in order to benefit from Reiki healing. Flow - work on core strength, alignment with an invigorating class. Restorative - mind, body and breath come together in a gentle but stimulating flow. Yin - switch off those muscles in long held poses gain flexibility, length in the muscles and of course peace of mind. Family Fun - suitable for families with young children. Take a magic carpet ride and maybe even dance with an octopus....limited only by imagination. Teen Yogi's - classes perfect for teenagers addressing their very unique needs.

Cancellation Policy

Please let us know 12 hrs in advance if you cannot attend in order to receive a refund . NB: If booking paddle board yoga we require cancellation 48 hrs in advance to receive a full refund or 24 hrs for a partial refund. (This is due to cost of board hire or launch) Thank you for your understanding.
